• 2 to 3 day turnaround (call for estimate on factory repairs)

May exclude radios with physical damage, water damage, housing replacement or replacement of optional features such as DTMF, tone boards, scrambling/encryption, etc.

Non-Reparable Radios

We will notify you if we feel a radio is not worth repairing. $5 shipping charge if you want the radio returned.

Motorola Factory Repair

Call for current rates.

Estimate Policy

$15 for bench check.  If technician determines radio can be repaired for $75 or less the repair will be implemented.  Estimates over $75 subject to your authorization.
